Shipping Policy – Goldway Beauty Corp (GBC)

 At GBC, we strive to ensure that your skincare products arrive promptly and in perfect condition. Here’s what you can expect:

 

Domestic Shipping:

- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

- Shipping Options:

  - USPS Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days depending on location.

  - FedEx 2Day Nationwide Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75.

 

International Shipping:

This website is intended for consumers in the U.S., please refer to the Alba®1913 home site for orders to your country (www.alba1913.pl).

 

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

 

Can you ship to a P.O. box or military address?

Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses using USPS Priority or First Class, depending on the location and requirements.

 

What if I received an order with broken or missing items, or my package is missing?

If you receive a delivery with broken or missing items, or if your package is missing, please contact Customer Care at goldwaybeauty(at)proton.me  as soon as possible. For packages marked as delivered but not received, we require at least 2 business days to file a claim with the carrier before sending a replacement. If we determine that your order is eligible for replacement, the replacement cannot be sent to a different address. We are unable to assist with items reported as broken or missing after 30 days from delivery, or without a photo of the damaged items or package. For missing packages, we cannot provide assistance after 15 days from the date the package was marked as delivered or last scanned by the carrier. If a missing package is eligible for replacement, we must wait for the carrier’s investigation to be completed before sending a replacement. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for missing packages.
