Carrier:

Currently, we only ship with US Priority Mail and DHL.

Delivery Time:

DHL: 3 to 7 business days with tracking. Average 4.4 days nationwide. US Priority Mail: 2 days nationwide to most zips. 3 days to some outlying areas.

Prices:

Shipping charges are as follows:

Small parcels up to 2lbs.

Ground shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. – DHL : 5$

Ground shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. – US Priority Mail : 6$.

Parcels above 2 lbs.

Ground shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. – DHL : 8$

Ground shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. – US Priority Mail : 10$.

Orders for a total amount over 75$ trigger a free shipping option.

Cancellation:

In case You cancel or Your order is cancelled because of 3rd party influence, we will send You an email notice informing you of the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. For further information please send us an email at contact@alba1913.com.

Returns:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with Your purchase, please send an email to contact@alba1913.com within 14 days of your purchase, and we will contact You with regard to Your return. You will receive an email with instructions regarding the return procedure. Shipping costs are not refundable. We accept refund requests for returns of unopened products. We accept returns up to 14 days after purchase. We do not accept To return a product, please send an email to contact@alba1913.com and we will send You a return email with the return procedure. Our warehouse follows strict procedures with regard to returns and will not accept simple return packages not processed according to those procedures. Accordingly we cannot insure a successful return, if the appropriate return procedures are not followed. Unfortunately shipping fees are non-refundable. Only original Alba1913 products purchased on www.alba1913.com may be accepted for return.

Damaged Items

If You receive damaged packaging, please notify us at contact@alba1913.com. We will arrange a pickup and inspect any damage done to the delivered products. All damaged items will be replaced.

Refunds

Following a successful return our customer service will process Your refund. The refund will be remitted to You through the same channel that was used to process the original payment. Alba1913 does not grant refunds for opened items or items on sale. If You have not received Your refund please contact us at contact@alba1913.com
